Phone Interruption
The long distance phone lines will be down at 4:30 for about 15-20 minutes.
Incoming and outgoing local calls will still be working.
Who’s In, Who’s Out
Dan, Dan, Valerie, Kathleen & Bret are in NY today
Valerie & Kathleen will be in NY tomorrow also
Dan S. & Bret will be at Harcourt tomorrow and back in the office on Thursday
Intercoms
Bret’s phone extension is 119. I will distribute a new intercom list soon.
Free Books
We have a pile of books and CDs, mostly Catholic-themed, that are free to good homes. The titles change every day so takers should visit the bookshelf regularly and often. They are on a filing cabinet next to the CD editorial dept. Every so often, the shelves are emptied and items are donated.
Weather Watch
We will continue to use ext. 208 as an alert for work delays or cancellations. Early on the morning of a snow storm, call into work at 437-3012 and dial ext. 208 for an announcement about whether work is delayed.
