The bank asks us to please bear with them as their attorneys continue to press the parking issue. CG informs us that the bank is not worried about the resolution but does feel frustration regarding the changing situation. The parking assignments (below) might change again by week's end as the negotiations continue. As a result of today's meeting, Bayard can use:

--9 spaces off Montauk along the medical building; please do not use the spaces to the right of the stairs that we initially thought we could use
--11 spaces within in the bank parking lot (off Bank street); this means we can park in some spaces reserved for CG customers
--17 spots in the garage

Again, these assignments might change ­ perhaps, even, this week. We apologize for the inconvenience to employees. Further, please be assured that we will retain 40 spaces ultimately since Bayard and CG agree that this is the term of the lease; also, CG does assure us that it has legal right to these spaces.
