CATHY MASTROFINO has resigned her position as Controller of Bayard, Inc. Her last day will be Wednesday, September 19.
Effective Thursday, September 20, LISE-MARIE ZANGHETTI will begin to serve as Interim Controller. During the next few months of transition I will work with Lise-Marie to review the job functions of the Accounting Department and we will make adjustments as necessary.
