Postage Increase:
Beginning today the price of a first-class postage stamp increases to 39 cents.

Coffee Update
There are directions for making coffee and hot water next to the phone in the kitchen. Some people have mentioned the regular coffee is very strong. Please remember that others drink the coffee also. The coffee we are using aside from the prepackaged brands is called Hogan Bros. They are located in MA. The coffee is 100% organic and freshly ground when we order it. The coffee is cheaper than Starbucks but costs more than 8 O'clock. Now you know more than you ever wanted to know about our coffee.--Rosanne
