FLU SHOT CLINIC

Consent forms were just passed out to everyone who signed up for the Flu Shot Clinic next Friday. If you did not receive a form but would like to be included, please see Kerry M. Please DO NOT include your social security number on the forms, it is not necessary. You also do not need to use your home address/phone #, you can use the Bayard information. The charge for the shot is $10.00. If you wish, this can be payroll deducted and Kerry has the forms.

On Monday the gas remediation work began in the parking lot closest to the gas station so parking is extremely limited. The area will be cordoned off until November 7th or so.

A reminder to everyone who holds a parking spot in the garage: If you plan to be out of the office, please give your spot to a fellow employee who would normally park outside. It'll be greatly appreciated.

Halloween Fun!

Next Wednesday is Halloween and we thought it'd be fun to share treats and snacks. There's a Pot Luck Sign-up Sheet on the table in Customer Service.
Costumes are optional, but be creative!

The gas station next door has notified us that there is an apparent leak of gasoline under our parking lot near them. Exxon will provide remediation for the situation in the next week or two. They will have to dig up several areas of the parking lot and this will pose a parking problem for those who use the spaces near the gas station. More information will follow as I receive it.

To temporarily help with this situation, we are asking that if you park in the CG garage and plan to not be at work, please let someone who parks in the outside lot know so they can use your space in the garage for that day. Thank you.

Fundraiser Help
Cid’s daughter is collecting Box Tops for Education as a fundraiser for Noank School. These small pink and blue “coupons” appear on many products we use every day such as cereal, Ziploc, Hefty, Betty Crocker, Kleenex, etc. Please watch for this packaging and bring in your boxtop coupons to help out with this important educational benefit.
