Kitchen Duties
A big thank you to the person who put away the dishes for me on Tuesday. I forgot and went down to do it the next morning and the drainer was empty. What a nice surprise!

Mail Slots
Two names have been added to the mail slot boxes, so they have been rearranged. Most noticeably Christie, Julie, and Kerry have moved from the bottom row to the top; many others moved down one slot.

Coffee
Each morning Rosanne fills the coffee pot with water and fresh grounds and leaves the basket of dry grounds open. (How nice of you set this up Rosanne!) Anyone entering the kitchen first thing in the morning, please feel free to go around the corner, close the coffee grounds basket and push the On button to start the coffee. (I think it’s the upper right button.) This way it will stay nice and fresh and we can pour a cup asap.

Valerie would like to remind employees that there are no smoke breaks allowed during business hours. Smoking is only permitted in the Garage on your personal time. If you are "on the clock", you are expected to be conducting Bayard business. This means no internet surfing, shopping (catalog or internet) or excessive socializing.

Also, Louis will be here next week, Monday - Wednesday. (8/28 - 8/30)

Good morning all. Hope you had a good weekend. The weather Saturday was just perfect to be outdoors.

Baby News!
